This beautiful rustic mountain retreat is a guest favorite with an amazing location across the street from the Village and Canyon Gondola. Anyone looking to enjoy a comfortable stay in the mountains will love this vacation getaway. Winter time offers easy access to the Gondola to get you to Canyon Lodge in minutes and then a long fun ski back trail to end up right back at the condo. Walk across the bridge and enjoy some acres ski drinks at one of the many Village bars. Grab a bite to eat, hit the nightclubs, go shopping or get a massage. There is always something to do and you never need to get in your car! The complex has a sunny summer time pool, spa and laundry facilities. The master bedroom offers a queen bed and flat screen tv with an attached bathroom that has a large soaking bathtub and shower. The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV and bathroom next to it. The small loft has a full size bed and dresser. This will quickly become your favorite place to stay all year round. Side notes-the small loft room is tiny and suitable for a teen or children. The condo has an open staircase that may not be safe for small children. Pets are allowed for $150 non refundable per pet.

Great Mammoth Condo

We loved the condo, well kept and cozy for our recent Mammoth stay. The manager was on top of clearing snow and steps everyday as we got a ton of snow while there. The Condo was super close to the village so very convenient for food and supplies and access to Village Gondola. Our only complaint would be the WiFi basically didn't work while we were there, very old router, so all TV's didn't work either since the wifi wouldn't connect with them. We made due and a nice break from Devices but a worry if we had any work to do. But other that that a very nice place to stay

This location was fantastic. Right next door to the village, right off the ski back trail. Further, the TV is set up for all the right apps, and most important for my family, the cooking equipment provided was top notch. Good knives, solid cast iron pans, and all the details (foil, plastic bags, etc.). We'll be back!

We booked a last-minute trip to Mammoth, and we were pleasantly surprised with this condo! The condo was clean and the beds were very comfortable! We appreciated the coffee and water filter, too! Easy parking and pets permitted. Easy walk across bridge to the Village/Gondola. Excellent communication with owner.

Great location, carpets in need of a deep cleaning & jetted tub not working and disabled in master BR (should be noted in listing). TV in master BR also not working & and no duvet cover in master, but cute condo and enjoyable stay.

We had a great time staying in Mammoth with our family in this condo. Very comfortable space for all, comfortable beds, and great location. We loved walking over to the Village for a bite to eat and caught a live reggae band! We barely had to use our car the whole time. We highly recommend this condo and will tell our friends about it!
