The perfect spot to enjoy Mammoth! This 2 bedroom/2 Bathroom condo in conveniently located in between the Village and Canyon Lodge Ski Area. Now with new furnishings and appliances. The shuttle stop is right outside the condo so you can hop on for a ride to the Village or the slopes and get an easy ride back home to the condo after a long day of adventuring! About a 10 minute walk down to the Village to enjoy the summer concerts and festivals. The condo itself offers a fully stocked kitchen to make meals at home. There is also a spacious dining area and living room. In unit laundry for convenience. The master bedroom has an on-suite bathroom, king bed and large bathtub. The guest room has a queen bed. The complex offers a sunny pool, underground parking, several spas and BBQ's. We know this will quickly become your go to place to stay in Mammoth! Great location walking distance to the village

Not the best condo we’ve stayed in in Mammoth but far from the worst. The biggest plus of this condo is the location. Walking distance to the village and the trolley stops just outside the front of the building. The condo can definitely use some updates. Luckily the rain kept the weather cooler the whole time we were in town so it wasn’t so big of a deal but there were no fans to help move cooler air through the unit. Overall good place to stay but could benefit from some updates and taller shower heads!
Would stay here again.

The place is a little bit old, but we had everything we needed to be comfortable. We were about 5 mins away from The Village so that's great. A few things I noticed that could be improved on: the toilet seat in the bathroom in the master bedroom was broken. The remote in the 2nd room was not working either.

This was a great overall location, property, and rental. This accommodated my family, my sister’s family, and my dog comfortably. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because it would have been a nice option to access the pool and hot tub, especially after a full day on the slopes. Also the stove pretty much went in factory shut down for 3 nights and didn’t turn back on until the day before our departure. The stovetop still worked at least.

The condo was spacious and a great location however there were many items that definitely needed updating. The kitchen sink was so scratched the bottom was brown in many places. The guest bathroom made a horrible sound when the light/fan was turned on. We have stayed at many places in Mammoth and probably would not rent this unit again.

Last minute trip booked to mammoth the place was ok. We are not picky, but there were issues with the heaters that kept resetting to 55 degrees, some pee stains on the carpet, dog hair all over the comforter and no shampoo/soap etc. Remember bring your own. The place was close to the village and canyon lodge.

We hd a great time staying here. Everything was clean and cozy. We adventured with our dog on many hikes and fishing. We highly recommend!

The location is great, beds comfortable, lots of extra blankets, kitchen has everything you need for basic cooking. All in all very clean and comfortable! The bathrooms could use updating.
