A mountain getaway located in its natural setting of stately pine trees, fabulous views and within walking distance to the Village, high end restaurants and shopping. Mammoth View Villas is also close to the Town bike path and just 2 miles down the road from the upper Lakes. A great opportunity to stay in a spacious townhome that includes vaulted ceilings, spacious deck with unobstructed views, and a pellet fireplace. A quiet location yet close to everything. The complex has a spa, sauna, BBQ areas in summer, recreation room with ping pong and is located right on the shuttle route.

Beds include King bed in bedroom #1, King bed in bedroom #2, a bunk bed in the loft that has a single trundle pull out so sleeps 3, The couch in the living room pull out into another queen bed. Mammoth Lakes TOT/BTC: 8986-0086

Group of 5 adults fit comfortably, we were able to cook and eat dinner easily with the included stuff. Great location, walk to the gondola. Parking was easy with the passes. Would definitely stay again.

We were disappointed when we arrived. The pictures of this rental were taken with a lens that makes the place appear much larger. The kitchen and living room are small/average. And while advertised as a 3 bedroom, it only has 2 bedrooms. There is a loft, but there's a big difference between a bedroom and a loft, especially since it's right above the living room, so if someone wants to watch t.v., cook, clean dishes, then the sound goes right into the loft, where there are 3 beds. Our biggest disappointment was when we put the kids in bed (in the loft), and the sheets were not clean. I read the house rules that said when you leave, take the sheets off the beds so that the cleaning crew knows to clean them. Well, if previous guests didn't read that or didn't remember, and they make the beds, then the dirty sheets are left on the bed, and the cleaning crew doesn't change them. There were lots of hairs and marks on the loft sheets, which made us feel gross. We found clean sheets to replace the dirty ones and made the3 beds ourselves. Why something as crucial as clean sheets are left to chance that the previous tenants, who are usually rushing to pack up and leave by checkout time, will remember to remove the sheets for the cleaning crew; this is a foul policy.
Eventually, we did have a fun time, and the jacuzzi and location were great. We would consider staying again if they correct the sheet policy.
