With approximately 1,832 sq feet, this property has 3 large Bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms and another half bathroom on the Main level for guests. The master features a jacuzzi tub!

Very family friendly unit with a fun bunk room, bean bags and video games. For the babies, there is a pack n play and high chair in the unit. Lots of games toys and sleds to keep everyone entertained. With in-unit laundry you can dry off wet clothes or do laundry after a day of adventuring.

Enjoy making meals at home in the gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, H2O filtrations and instant hot water in the Kitchen. The living room includes a sectional pull out couch, flat screen TV, an intimate dining area, and a gas log fireplace with beautiful masonry and oversized hearth. The covered deck has a propane built-in BBQ so you can grill all year long.

Convenient underground heated garage with 2 designated parking spaces and heated sidewalks to your front door. Parking in the garage is tight and may be difficult for larger cars. See photos for the dimensions. Cars that do not fit can park in the Village overnight parking for a nominal fee.

Perfect location, beautiful condo. 9 people shared the space and it was far better than expected. Washer/dryer in condo. Next to Village. Large rooms, with beautiful living and dining rooms to socialize. Kitchen wonderfully equipped.

Came to Mammoth for skiing at spring break and stayed at this condo for 5 days. Highly recommend, nice and clean and just the right size for our family. Next to the village so it was easy with the gondola to get to the slopes.

We loved the house and how nice the interior was. Being a few minute walk to the village gondola put this place in the perfect location to go skiing and snowboarding as well. Overall great experience!

We had the best vacation here! Very spacious for our larger group, fun kids room for the kids and so nice and updated. The location can’t be beat. We hardly used our car the whole trip. We highly recommend this place!

This a beautiful, new townhome in Mammoth. Plenty of room for your family and friends. In the "Village" area. Walking distance to all amenities, the Gondola, skiing, restaurants and shops.
