Upscale 2 Bedroom/2.5 Bathroom single level condo in The Lodges with just over 1800 square ft. These are newer built luxury condos on the Snowcreek golf course. Really feel like you are getting away from it all as you sit on the back porch taking in the gorgeous pond and mountain views! Quiet location in the complex and Mammoth. Walk to the Snowcreek Athletic Club for workouts, catch the shuttle around town or to enjoy sushi at the Snowcreek Bistro! Everywhere you look you will be surrounded by the beauty of the Sherwin Mountains and golf course. The complex offers a large outdoor hot tub with incredible views as well! This condo sleeps 7 people comfortably in beds. The kitchen offers high end appliances, lots of cabinet space, and all cooking utensils needed to make meals at home. There is also a single car garage and large laundry room. Good pets are allowed on a case by case basis for $150 per pet, non refundable. Once you stay here, we know you will be back again and again! With the property located on the ground floor, and attached tall ceiling garage, it allowed us to park our vehicle inside the garage even though we have our cargo carrier on top of our vehicle. Also it made getting our personal belongs and food items out into the unit with breeze.
The unit has everything we need and is super clean. It is very spacious and made us feel like home. The open backyard area was great for our kids and our dogs to play in the snow.

They house was very beautiful with high-end furniture and every amenity you could need. The location was amazing and the only problem we had with the barbecue gas cord was quickly remedied. There’s a beautiful pond right outside the back deck. You’re very close to town and very close to the great fishing lakes.

Great space for the four of us plus two small dogs. Loved the common space, especially the kitchen, which was a dream with all the counter space. Unit was very clean. The light colored rugs and carpet could use a steam cleaning but otherwise a great stay.

We enjoyed every moment of our vacation, except the smoke from the fires which couldn't be helped.The Condo was perfect. We met with friends and enjoyed the dining table for eight!

Very mixed. Great location and floor plan. Mice in the kitchen despite a review in June that there had been an infestation then. Dirty carpeting and area rugs. Kitchen was lacking some basics and pots and pans need an update. Pond had been drained so that view was not as advertised.

We rented the Sleepy Hollow condo in Lodges part of Snowcreek for a week of hiking and biking during the summer. It was very well equipped with all the cooking tools, pans in a beautiful kitchen with a great gas range. The neighborhood was pretty quiet and very convenient to the stores and restaurants down Old Mammoth Road. There is a lovely shaded porch out back overlooking a small pond. We would stay there again. Really enjoyed it.

The condo was beautiful and extremely clean. Excellent location. We had everything needded to make this our best Mammoth vacation ever (and we've been vacationing here for many years!) We'll definitely rent this place again.

We stayed here for a week and absolutely loved our stay. Communication was amazing and easy, directions were really detailed, everything was ready for us and easy to find and we had what we needed to make our week absolutely perfect. We had the best time and will definitely be back in the very near future.

Great place, nice and spacious, and well-stocked! Just a few things that are of concern...When we arrived, the lock box did not have the key for the door, but we were able to go in through the garage.
I texted and called Ready 4 Rentals, and HOUR later, I got a text asking if I was able to get in. I responded that I was able to get in through the garage but would like keys as response at all during our entire 4 days there. One other item for feedback is that I'm not sure the cleaning crew vacuumed before we got there...during the first day there, we all noticed that the bottom of our white socks were black from walking in our socks in the house. My husband decided to vacuum the rugs after noticing dog hair on the rug, and it was as if no one had vacuumed. So, before we left, we decided to vacuum as well, so that if the cleaning crew did not vacuum, the next guest would have a clean rug to walk on. Aside from these two things, which is unrelated to the property but moreso related to the property management, it was a beautiful place and we'd stay there again, but this time be more proactive in ensuring we gets keys and the place is vacuumed.
