Beautifully remodeled, furnished 2 bedroom/2 bath condo that is in a great center of town location. Walk to many great restaurants such as Uncle Jimmy's BBQ, Bleu Handcrafted Food, Robertos, Rafters, etc.. The free shuttle stop is close by to take you up to the mountain for skiing or to the Village to enjoy all that the Village has to offer. The kitchen boasts granite counter tops with newer cabinets and stainless steel appliances and Brazilian cherry wood floors. Master bedroom has a beautiful bathroom with jet tub and double massage shower. In unit laundry for added convenience. On hot summer nights there is an air conditioning unit to cool off the condo in a hurry. For cold winter nights you can warm up by the gas log fireplace. Great location and condo for price. However, thr condo had expired food in cabinet and refrigerator. Very, Very unhealthy. It should be thrown out. I would have but was afraid of losing my 500 dollar deposit. So many rules in regard to deposit.Also,a 150 dollar cleaning fee is absurd.
We were responsible for emptying trash,cleaning dishes,stripping the beds and bringing our own tolit paper.150 dollars...wow. Does the unit get a complete cleaning for that price ? I think not.When I sprayed counter tops and table tops to sanitize, when I wiped them down the rag I used had dirt from counter tops on it. Bar b que advertised for use by renter on balcony for use was broken and had no propane.Also, no dressers in bedroom. Biggest concern, sign in unit saying the loft bedroom not for sleeping.

Overall enjoyed our stay. Very easy check in and out with the app. Nice area with stores and Vons supermarket nearby. The condo was nice and warm with the fireplace running when arrived. The Nest thermostats are locked though so you can’t go above 68* in the winter. There are a lot of nice dishes to use. Fancy 1/4 circle showers with multiple heads. Nice big jetted tub upstairs. There is a bedroom with a bunk bed downstairs and a queen bed upstairs in the loft. It is confusing though because the paperwork and a sign posted inside the condo states the loft is not legal for sleeping ����‍♂️ There is only a small couch and 3 metal stools to sit on since the living room is smaller. Please add a note about a key inside the condo for the dumpster. We were not able to take our trash out for a couple of days. Emailed the morning of checkout for trash instructions since the dumpster was locked. No response. We just happened to come across the dumpster lock key that was in a random bowl in the pantry while cleaning up the condo. Note that there is a $150 cleaning fee too. Would recommend staying here.
