Our 2 sons stayed with us with their girlfriends. This condo was cozy but still comfortable for 6. Made 2 dinners for the family and the kitchen worked well for us and was well stocked for cooking. Temperature control for the unit in mid-winter worked well, unlike many places.

Great 2 bedroom condo in beautiful Juniper Springs Resort. We love this resort and any chance we always love to stay there. Will use this condo for sure in the future. Very well equipped and clean.

First Tracks was right next to the ski run and the parking garage (car) was right below. So, very convenient for packing, unpacking, and getting on the slopes. Nice kitchen. Plenty of room.

We've stayed at Juniper Resort before, during the summer, and thoroughly enjoyed it. We knew someday we wanted to stay here during a ski vacation. We chose this property and were NOT Disappointed! The condo is beautifully appointed, kitchen was fully furnished and the 2 bedrooms were perfect for a week of snow play/skiing/boarding for our family. Would highly recommend as you can literally ski right to the stairs of entering the condo! You can also put your equipment on the balcony without having to take inside - it was awesome. Of course the resort has everything you need - heated pool, 4 Jacuzzis, etc. It's easy to run down the road to stores, groceries, etc. Will come back again AND stay in THIS condo! Loved it.

My friends and family had a great time here!
All was good except for these 3 issues. #1 We had 3 cars and only 1 parking pass was at the condo entry table (there were supposed to be 2). 1 car had a parking violation warning in the parking garage and almost got towed. #2 The other extra car parked in the Eagle Lodge lot with a detailed note on the dash as instructed and their was a parking violation sticker applied to driver window - employee at Eagle said we needed a pass from JS. #3 Condo entry instructions to open lock box were wrong. There is no # on the lock box numbers.

Condo was in ideal location, adjacent to the Eagle Expres lift and Lodge. Easy exit to access the lifts. The living space was clean and well maintained. Only complaint was the finicky heating controls. Overall, loved the place and would stay there again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was clean and VERY WELL stocked for our two week stay! There was an abundance of paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, lotion, hand sanitizers, kitchen necessities, trash bags, towels, extra linens, including enough k-cups for the Keurig for 5 people our 12 day stay. The kitchen provided everything we need to buy groceries and prepare meals for breakfast, lunch & dinner.
We felt at home!
The condo also offers a great view of the mountain and a quiet atmosphere at the end of the Juniper resort with wonderful walking paths and easy access to enjoy all that Mammoth offers!
We hope to return for the winter and be able to stay within walking distance of the Eagle Lodge. We would recommend this home to any friends!

We felt that there were things that were out of the owners' control. Yet, we had a couple of situations that we were unexpected:
1. We had no water for over an hour and we did not understand what was happened. We were told that they were sorry they did not inform us that our water had been shut off so they could make some repairs. It was a big inconvenience that we were not prepared to deal with and certainly felt that if Juniper had just communicated with us; we could have adjusted to being without water.
2. We woke up to a jackhammer breaking concrete at the head of our bed! The steps that enter the Juniper building share a wall with the unit and Juniper was having the concrete steps removed. Again, there was No communication and the jackhammer went for 3-4 hours so we had to leave the condo.
3. Another difficulty we had with Juniper was the parking was restricted for repaving of the facility. We have a large oversized truck which makes the parking a challenge and there were no empty parking spots yet half of the parking was blocked off making it a big challenge for us to park.
We still enjoyed our stay despite these inconveniences; and we enjoyed all the mountain has to off
