Hidden Valley-Epic Mammoth Village Retreat. Remodeled condo next to Village!
This condo offers a Village location with beautiful upgrades throughout. You will love the spacious layout of this one bedroom condo with 1 bathroom. The main Village of Mammoth is right across the street. No car needed to enjoy restaurants, shops, village festivals or bike/ski rentals. The condo has all the comforts of home & is stocked with everything you need to make your vacation easy and fun! In the winter you can walk over to the Gondola and hit the hill in no time.
This is the perfect condo for 4 guests. We have a king size bed with the most comfortable brand new mattress and luxury bedding in the bedroom. The living room offers a pull out couch with a brand new full size temperpedic mattress with luxury bedding as well. We are very family friendly and offer toys and games for kids, kids movies, a pack n play, and a bassinet. We also just added a brand new washer and dryer so no lugging laundry to the laundromat in the snow. Literally everything in the condo is brand new including a brand new 65" tv and furnishings. We stock the condo with spices, condiments, coffee and essentials so you won't spend a fortune at the grocery store stocking up. Feel like you are in a luxury spa in our new wood tiled shower!
Walk over to the brewery to hang out on the outside deck and catch a band or try out Tuesday Trivia Night-the food is amazing and it's a great atmosphere!
The condo has the perfect location in the complex-the pool is right next to it yet far enough away that you won't hear the noise. There is a great bike path right in front of the entrance to the complex that can take you all the way up to the lakes. If you don't feel like breaking a sweat, you can ride over to the Village and the trolley will take you up to the lakes with the bikes and you can just coast back down to the condo! There are also bike rentals at the Village. Parking for up to 2 cars outside. Parking is first come first serve.
We have added every comfort you can think of here to make your stay as great as possible. I own the reservation company but this is my personal condo that I rent out so you will have the best stay possible here! BTC# 8986

Additionally. the owners/property management company truly thought of everything in terms of making sure all amenities and basic items are provided. There are tons of pots/pans, utensils, and all the basic cooking staples, as well as a Brita water filter. The place was also immaculate and check-in was super easy (they give you a code and you just go in when the condo is ready, it could be ready early and they allow you to stop by earlier to see if the housekeeping came and cleaned or not.
While the unit is modernized for the most part, there is no central heating so it's a bit hard to control and get right. Those expecting centralized heating may be disappointed, but there's a fireplace that was helpful!
Overall, we'd stay here again and highly recommend if you have a small group or just two people (I think it fits 4 max, there's a queen sleeper sofa and a bedroom with a king sized bed.
