This large, upgraded townhome makes the perfect home base for your getaway to the spectacular Sierras! There are three large bedrooms, two full bathrooms, one half bath and a private outdoor Jacuzzi. The large, open floor plan offers a spacious gourmet kitchen, fully outfitted with modern, stainless appliances and all the cookware and dishware you'll need. The living room provides a large sofa and sitting chair, and 46” HDTV. The dining area offers seating for 6 with a private outdoor patio and gas BBQ. The large, private master suite features another private outdoor deck, en-suite bath with whirlpool jet tub and is furnished with luxurious king bed, sitting chair, and a 32” flat screen HDTV. Downstairs offers bedroom two and three, a full shared bathroom, and outdoor Jacuzzi. Bedroom two offers a flat screen TV and two sets of twin bunk beds (4 twin beds total). Bedroom three is furnished with a queen bed, 32 inch flat screen HDTV, and private patio access to the outdoor Jacuzzi. If you know Mammoth, you know the challenge of winter parking, and you'll really appreciate the private 2-car garage with large storage room for toys and snow gear. Entry through either the front door or garage routes through the large mud room and half bath, along with the washer and dryer for convenient access. When you want to get out and enjoy Mammoth, you're just a short walk to the famed Village at Mammoth; including the gondola to Canyon Lodge and Mammoth's premier center for entertainment, dining and whopping, as well as a full service access point to the mountain (including ticket/rental office and bike/ski rentals.) Even closer (but the other direction) you are but a 2-minute walk to numerous local favorites including Schat's bakery, restaurant, charming boutiques and factory outlets. If you prefer not to walk, you can access the town's free shuttle just stops from the condo complex and the popular Valley Bike Path as well. A short drive of bike ride will deliver you to Mammoth's lakes basin offering several beautiful lakes, hiking, fishing, kayaking, and of course the fresh mountain air. House overall is great. Having a W/D, BBQ, & Jacuzzi is great. With 3 bedrooms plus loft, lots of beds. The master is huge. Two car garage, albeit small, but still a garage, Fantastic! Easy entry to house. Ready4Rentals Management Company is great. Easy to get a hold of, if necessary, and very helpful. That being said, there are things that do need to be repaired and taken care of in the house. Many tiles are cracked and loose, some even have black tape on them to keep them together. The base boards that are in front of the sliders are not even attached to wall. The screen doors on the sliders do not open easily, getting stuck on bottom rail. Almost no screens on an6 windows, making it hard to open house up, to get stuffy closed up smells out. The dishwasher is old, outdated and needs replacing. Barely cleans dishes, even when we pre-washed them. Most dishes, pans, glasses & silverware were dirty with dried food and lip marks all over them when we arrived. The entire house could use a deep clean. The amount of dust was surprising, especially since the house is to be cleaned to COVID-19 standards. Not exactly sure all bedding blankets are cleaned after each renter. The washer is small looks as though it is a fist generation front loader, which has a rubber gasket where door locks. Found a cigarette lighter and gum wrappers along with a thick build up of bacteria ridden slime in it. Smelled bad. And all the clean items have to pass across this rubber gasket to get out of washer. The jacuzzi bath tub in master needs some cleaning attention. All around each of the jets there is. Build up of black moss. Not sure it has ever been properly cleaned out. The reason for stating this, is to bring it to the attention of the people in charge of the maintenance. Don’t get me wrong, just don’t want to see this nice big house become run down and neglected. A little TLC maintenance would do a lot of good. Hope to rent again, if they’ll have me after this review
