We know you will love staying at the Fireside Mountain Getaway! These are newer built with a large open floor plan and a spacious layout for large groups. The gourmet kitchen is fully outfitted with modern stainless appliances and all the cookware and dishware you will need to enjoy meals at home. The living room provides two large overstuffed sofas (including a queen sleeper sofa) a 55” smart HDTV and smart Blu-ray player. The dining area has seating for 8 with a private outdoor patio and gas BBQ. There is a brand new just added hot tub! Enjoy your own private hot tub on the deck. The large master suite features another private outdoor deck, en-suite bathroom with whirlpool jet tub and shower and is furnished with a luxurious king bed, sitting chair and ottoman and a huge 60” flat screen HDTV and DVD player. If you know Mammoth, you know the challenge of winter parking and you’ll really appreciate the private 2-car garage with large storage room for toys and snow gear. Entry through either the front door or garage routes through the large mudroom. Convenient in unit laundry machines for guest use. When traveling to Mammoth Lakes, one needs to be aware of all sorts of adverse weather conditions. We do not refund due to heavy snowfall and road closures. Please bring chains and check the road conditions. We do not guarantee roads will be plowed and accessible as we have no control over Cal Trans and plows.

All of our condos are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized per state and local recommendations for coronavirus. All possible precautions are taken to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable stay in Mammoth.

First the property was not ready at check in time. Second the jacuzzi was not available until the next day. We were inconveniencanced with the jacuzzi tech for two days. We had to take showers with cold water because the jacuzzi tech used all the hot water to fill up the jacuzzi. The furniture it out dated looks old, the kitchen did not have a cutting board and no pots just pans. The sliding door and the blinds to the dining patio needs to be fixed, the lip of the sliding door was hanging off and the blinds were hard to slide to the left. The kitchen, dining room and living needs an make over. For what I paid for I expected nice, clean update furniture. When contacting about the WiFi she seems rude and was short, she must have been busy with something. Gargage space was tight not big enough to fit in a Tundra Toyota pick up truck and Jeep. If this rental property fits up to 10 people we should be offered more parking space. Property location is great. I would like to upload some pictures I took. Not satisfied for what I paid.

We had a group of 5 adults and three children (8 yrs old and younger) for a week-long stay, and the place was ideal. The multi-level layout really makes the place feel bigger, and it is in very good condition. There were a few things missing from the kitchen (cutting board, large frying pan and large pots) so bring your own if you are cooking for a large group. Oh, and the hot tub is great. It is situated on the back patio (right off the queen bedroom), which is a really nice, relatively private location. Place was close enough to village to walk if you prefer. Great stay.

The great outdoors is something I greatly admire. Mammoth has tons of outdoor activities and this townhome added some comfort to our getaway. It was clean, roomy two car garage, outdoor jacuzzi. Near the center of of several restaurants.
Great condo for our larger group!

We loved staying in this condo and had plenty of space for our larger group. We loved the private Jacuzzi and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook at home. It was a close walk to the Village and the managers were so friendly and helpful. We highly recommend staying here!
