The master bedroom offers a brand new temperpedic king bed, 55" flat screen TV and attached master bathroom. Upstairs you will find a triple bunk bed all with new temperpedic mattresses and a separate alcove that has a brand new temperpedic queen bed. The upstairs also offers an attached bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink, a TV nook with a 55" flat screen TV with a Wii and Nintendo game system and lots of video games for all ages! We are very family friendly offering a pack n play for babies, a high chair, a toy box full of fun kids toys and tons of board games for kids and adults!

The living room has a comfortable sectional couch that can pull out into a full size temperpedic bed- no uncomfortable springs in your back! There are 2 separate dining spaces and seating at the bar. If you enjoy watching movies or catching a game you will love the 65" smart TV with HD Cable in the living room! There is a full 3rd bathroom off the living room that is convenient so you don't have people walking through the master bedroom all the time to use that bathroom. Brand new gas log fireplace to warm up on cold nights. For guests who enjoy libations from time to time, we have a solid wood modern bar cart stocked with everything you need to make your favorite cocktails! The bar is complete with Mammoth Logo glassware, wine glasses, shot glasses and more! Fun for the whole group!

The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to enjoy meals at home including brand new "Green Pan" ceramic pots and pans, plenty of dishes for large groups, mugs, bowls, glasses, cutting boards, etc.... For the coffee lovers, we provide coffee and have a duo coffee maker that makes a pot of coffee as well as Keurig pods. We also have a french press, coffee grinder and a frother! We have a Ninja blender and crockpot making it easy to whip up a meal and let it cook while you hit the slopes or enjoy the outdoors. Enjoy all new black stainless steel appliances and the farm style sink. We also have organic spices, condiments, sugar and organic oils, foil, plastic bags and paper plates. For additional cooking options, we have a brand new Weber BBQ on the deck as well.

The loft area includes a triple bunk bed as well as an alcove with a queen bed. There is also a TV with a Wii game system, bean bags, and fun games.

The complex offers assigned underground parking-no digging your car out after every storm! Parking is 1 assigned car space. Guest spots available but are first come first serve. 2 hot tubs, a fun game room with a coin operated pool table, Coin operated laundry facilities, and a ski locker.

The location can't be beat! It's the perfect spot to enjoy Mammoth year round. It's very close to Canyon Lodge and only about a 5 minute walk to the Village. If you don't feel like walking, the free shuttle picks you up right outside and stops by every 15 minutes year round! This will take you to the Village or up to Canyon Lodge for skiing. The Village offers fun festivals and concerts almost every weekend so it's fun and convenient to be able to walk down and back home!
