You will have a great time staying in Courchevel 13. This townhome style condo is located within walking distance to Canyon Lodge ski area. Easily park in the 2 car garage and never have to shovel out your car in the winter. The condo comes complete with a fully stocked kitchen to enjoy meals at home, brand new furnishings, and a pellet stove fireplace to warm up next to on a cold winter's day. Keurig coffee maker for guest use. Picturesque large open windows to take in the tree views and they let in a lot of sunlight. The deck has a seating area and BBQ for guest use year round. The downstairs bedroom offers a king size bed, tv, and large closets. The upstairs bedroom offers a queen bed, attached bathroom and TV. The living room couch also pulls out into a queen size bed. Plenty of games and smart tv's to keep everyone entertained.

The complex offers a summer time pool and 2 hot tubs as well as a sauna.

The location can't be beat. You can walk to the slopes in under 10 minutes and be skiing in no time. In the summer you are close to bike trails, the shuttle and a 3 minute drive from the main Village. Parking is 2 cars in the garage and some outside parking that is first come first serve.

The rental cabin was a great place to stay. So close to Canyon lodge and a gondola ride away from the village. During our stay we had over 30' of snow on the ground and an additional 5' fall while we were there. The snow removal services were amazing. Also, the two car garage is a plus.

Well equipped and comfortable unit. We really enjoyed staying here. It's walking distance to canyon. The beds were comfortable and the unit had everything thing we needed. Having a garage was super nice. We drove our Subaru Outback, which fits perfectly in the garage. If you have a larger suv or truck you might want to check in with management company to see if it will fit in garage. My husband and I loved relaxing in the chairs in front of the fireplace. It was our favorite place to sit during our stay.
