You will love this newly remodeled modern rustic townhome located just steps from Canyon Lodge ski area. Easily walk over and grab first chair without stepping foot in a car! Plenty of space throughout with a large dining area as well as bench seating with enough eating room for 12 people! The new propane fireplace will warm you up after a long day of skiing. Two master suites with their own bathrooms are located downstairs offering privacy and quiet. Upstairs you will find a large loft perfect for kids (or adult kids)! Flat screen TV, video games, barn door privacy screen, and it's own private bath. The kitchen comes stocked with everything needed to enjoy meals at home. There is also a regular coffee maker. The enclosed jacuzzi is right outside your front door to warm up after a long day of skiing. Convenient in unit laundry now. The complex offers a huge rec room with pool table and assorted games. It's a great place to send the kids or to play a round of pool. In the summer, there is an outdoor pool that gets sun all day long. Perfect for working on your mountain tan. There are also several bike trails for summer time mountain biking right outside your door. With all the space and the convenient location to the ski area, you will want to come back again and again any time of year! Pets are allowed with an $150 additional, non refundable fee per pet.

Parking is outside parking first come first serve for 2 cars. Additional cars can try and find parking in the lower portion of the complex if needed but during big snow years, parking is limited everywhere so try and condense to 2 cars.

Please note this condo is located at Canyon Lodge ski area-this ski area is subject to open and close based on amount of snow, time of year, check the Mammoth Mountain website to confirm open and close dates.

I'm not one to read product reviews, but when it comes to properties, I've found them wise to read for preparedness. I'm a little shocked because I've seen more than a few complaints on this property, and either the complainants were DEAD WRONG or management has entirely fixed all claimed complaints. The property is as described, conveniently located at base of Canyon Lodge with just a three minute walk through parking lot. Unit is conveniently located just a few steps from property hot tub which was an absolute pleasure after a long day of skiing! With 4 beds in loft area for the kids to sleep overlooking the main floor, we had plenty of room to sprawl out. Other two bedrooms located downstairs from entrance were en suite, making this 3 bedroom have the glorious amenity of 3 bathrooms! In the master suite bathroom is even a washer and dryer for added convenience! All beds had extremely comfortable mattresses and bedding, I'd go as far as to note they may even have invested in memory foam! Was an absolute delight to stay here and will DEFINITELY book again! We traveled without our pets this time, but seeing as how this property allows it, they'll be making the journey for our next trip up here. Very impressed with the decor of a rustic yet modern take, it truly was an impressive townhome. In the kitchen we had everything we needed, including not one, but TWO coffee machines. An old fashioned style pot and even found a Keurig nestled in the cupboards for those of us that like a cup of coffee instantly brewed to perfection! Thanks for hosting our family and can't wait to book with you again!

Chamonix #91 is a weekly rental so we did not expect it to be perfect, however, it was inconvenient to have several things that did not work.

The light in the living room did not work. The clothes dryer did not work. The can opener did not work. The clock on the wall did not work.

The toilet paper holders were ripped off the walls in all bathrooms. There is no remote control for the TV in the guest bedroom. The wires going to that TV were dangling and need to be secured before they get ripped off.

The instructions for checking in and entry were very good. When the pilot light went out on the fireplace we followed the online instructions step by step, only to find out the instructions were for a different make or model fireplace. There was no "Pilot" setting on the burner knob and there was no "RED" button to press to ignite the pilot. Tim responded in a reasonable time and repaired the problem with a battery he had with him.
