You will love the ski in ski out aspect. This is ski in ski out from the Eagle lodge Ski Area. Ski right in to the condo to grab snacks or lunch and then head back out! Now with a brand new personal hot tub for guest use on the deck! 2 underground parking spaces mean you don't have to dig out your car during big snowstorms. First off, rental company was very responsive and professional. The place is a real ski in ski out, was clean for the most, dust behind things which is understandable but cleaning should get all areas. My biggest issue was the noise coming from people directly above us. We could literally hear every kitchen chair moved, every footstep and every cabinet closed. Sounded like they were in our living room. If nobody is upstairs would stay again, if someone is staying above us, definitely not, especially for the price we paid per night.

The condo was ideal for those with disabilities. An elevator was available from the garage to the second floor. In addition the Condo was on one floor , no stairs. The balcony had a great view of the valley.

There was road noise on the balcony.

The Top rack of the dishwasher was broken and could not be used. This was reported but not repaired. Only the bottom rack was able to be used. This required the dishwasher to be run twice as often.

There was no DVD player with the living room TV. A used DVD player was purchased at a local thrift store for $13. The condo should have a DVD player for the guests.

This condo exceeded all my expectations, and I will be sure to try to stay there again for my next visit to Mammoth. The balcony views are terrific, the kitchen was EXTREMELY well appointed (perhaps the best of any rental I have ever stayed at, and since I love to cook, I am rather picky about the kitchen), the beds were very comfortable, the powered reclining chairs in the living room were quite nice, and it was very quiet and peaceful (an August stay). I would recommend it to anybody, on the strength of the views from the balcony alone. I have no complaints whatsoever about the condo, only was a little disappointed that the hot tub down the hallway was closed for repairs or maintenance, but of course the condo owners were not responsible for that. The shower in the master bathroom was spacious and a delight to use. The owners were very easy to contact and very helpful with a post-visit request to find out where to purchase the recliners in the living room. We really look forward to returning sometime in the future!

This is an amazing condo, clearly loved and lived in by the owners. It is updated inside, has everything family/friends need to be very comfortable and to create their own meals (a very nicely stocked kitchen)! The most magnificent view from the balcony across the entire Mammoth Lakes Valley. Super close to Lake Mary hiking trailheads. We had a wonderful time and thank the owners for sharing their lovely home with us! (For winter, this looks like an amazing ski in/ski out condo!!) We hope to return again :)

This was a very clean and comfortable home with a jacuzzi just steps away to soak in after a full day of skiing. We cooked during our stay and the kitchen was fully stocked and very easy to utilize. We would definitely stay here again.

An awesome view and the best equipped VRBO I have rented over the years. The location was perfect for our day hikes and then returning to cook meals each evening—the home was supplied with everything one needs! The owners have been so thoughtful in the decor and all the needed amenities. It felt like ‘home’! Thank you for sharing :)

This property is terrific! It was well stocked with anything that you might need. The beds were comfortable and the remodeled bathrooms were beautiful. The view from the deck is amazing and worth the stay. The only issues we noticed was the coffee maker wouldn't work, and the cleaning prior to our arrival missed a couple things... but there is a vacuum and supplies there to take care of any discrepancies you may notice. Overall we would highly recommend staying at this property and we will definitely return everytime we visit Mammoth.
