We are local Realtors here in Mammoth who started Ready 4 Rentals in 2015 for some of our clients looking for quality property management at a lower price. Most companies in town were charging 30-50% management fees and not booking out the condos at their maximum potential. Since then, we have steadily grown the company to what it is today renting over 80 properties out in Mammoth Lakes. We continue to manage rentals for a 15% management fee and provide high-quality rentals throughout Mammoth.
